Terms of payment are always 100% at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.
Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. If your billing address is different than your shipping address you will be required to fill out a credit card authorization form and send supporting documentation before your shipment is released. If this is necessary a representative will contact promptly after your order has been placed.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
If any of our products are out of stock, unavailable or we just simply are unable to fulfill your order we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in a substitution. If a substitution is not fit you may terminate your sale in which case we will refund the amount charged to your credit card.

Custom wigs take -14 business days to produce and up to 24-48 hours to process & verify credit card information before your order is shipped. Each bundle of HIGH-HAT GIRLS HAIR extensions undergoes a very strict quality control process to ensure that our clients receive only the best virgin hair. HIGH-HAT GIRLS HAIR strives to ensure that each customer is 100% satisfied with their purchase. We will gladly EXCHANGE your purchase within 3 days of receipt for another product of equal or higher value (minus shipping cost). Hair must be returned in its original condition with tags attached. HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Please e-mail us at info@highhatgirls.com and let us know your order number. We will then provide you with instructions and a return address to ship your set back. All returned items will be inspected to see if you qualify for a refund, as used merchandise will not be refunded. Note: please to ship your set via a trackable shipping option, as that can greatly expedite the process.
WHY IS HIGH-HAT GIRLS BUNDLES NON-RETURNABLE IF USED?
Virgin hair bundles are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and do not allow used items to be returned for the safety of all our customers. We are not alone - other virgin hair bundles suppliers do not allow returns of used items for the same reasons.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER

Any loss caused by incorrect or missing address information will be subject for customer payment.

Return in original packaging , along with original tags ( unworn items only not including swim wear) within 14 days of purchase date for full refund.
